Who we are
AutoBlogLab LLC (“we”, “us”) operates autobloglab.com and the AutoBlogLab application. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website and services, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Account information you provide (name, email, password hash); billing information processed by our payment provider (we never store full card numbers); content you create in the service, including briefs, generated drafts and settings; and usage data such as pages visited, features used, browser type and approximate region, collected to operate and improve the service.
How we use information
We use your information to provide and secure the service, process payments, respond to support requests, send service notices, and improve the product. With your consent we may send product updates by email; every such email includes an unsubscribe link.
Your content
Briefs and drafts you create belong to you. We do not sell your content, share it with other customers, or use it to train machine-learning models. Staff access is limited to what is necessary for support and is logged.
Cookies and local storage
We use essential cookies for authentication and, with consent, analytics cookies to understand aggregate usage. The public demo tools on this website store history in your browser's localStorage only; that data never leaves your device. Details are in our Cookie Policy.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers who help us run the platform (hosting, payments, email delivery) under contracts that limit their use of it, or when required by law. We do not sell personal information.
Data retention and deletion
Account data is retained while your account is active. You may export your documents at any time and request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing us; deletion is completed within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or port your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below.
Security
We use encryption in transit, hashed passwords, access controls and routine backups. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page and, for account holders, by email before they take effect.
