Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form an agreement between you and AutoBlogLab LLC governing your use of autobloglab.com and the AutoBlogLab application (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Your content and license

You retain full ownership of briefs you submit and content you generate. You grant us the limited license needed to store, process and display that content in order to provide the Service. We claim no other rights in your content.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create content that is unlawful, defamatory, deceptive, or infringing; to misrepresent machine-generated content where disclosure is legally required; to probe, disrupt or overload the Service; or to resell access without a written agreement with us.

AI-generated content

The Service produces drafts using automated systems. Output may contain inaccuracies and must be reviewed by you before publication. You are solely responsible for content you publish, including its factual accuracy and legal compliance.

Billing

Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. Prices are listed in USD and exclude applicable taxes. If a renewal payment fails, we may downgrade or suspend the account after notice.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel anytime from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the paid period. First-time subscribers may request a full refund within 14 days of their first paid charge.

Service changes and availability

We may modify features, and we aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce core functionality of a paid plan.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant any particular search-ranking or business outcome.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoBlogLab LLC's aggregate liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms after notice where practicable. You may terminate at any time by cancelling and ceasing use of the Service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
